This was my first cake for my 4th level cake class.  It is an 8 inch round cake covered in green fondant.  The board is also covered in yellow fondant.  I made daisies and leaves out of gumpaste.  The white borders and light yellow trinket box are also made out of gumpaste.  I liked this cake a lot.  It is a great cake for spring time!!

This is a cake I decorated for my friend Kelly’s daughter Brynn’s first birthday.  I used a flower shaped pan for the top of the cake and a 9 x 13 shaped pan for the grass section.  All decorations are done with buttercream icing.  I bought flower designed fabric to cover the cake board.  Below is the cake I made for her dump cake.  It is a rounded cupcake covered in buttercream icing.

This was my final cake for my level 3 cake class.  It was my first tiered cake.  Pardon the table cloth.  I took a picture of it in class to make sure nothing got messed up on the way home, and the class was decorated for Easter.  It is a 10 inch cake on bottom and a 6 inch cake on top.  Both cakes are covered in fondant with buttercream borders.  The cakes are also covered in fondant roses.  You can see up close pictures of the roses below.
